Yes, it is true that experience matters. It is best to partner with a company that has worked in the Healthcare industry for over 3-5 years. Because the dynamics of the Healthcare industry forever change, it is always better to work with a company which has extensive knowledge of the industry and which has been exclusively focused on that market for sometime.
You want to work with a company that is a leader in the industry instead of working with another "fly by night" company. Many companies who are coming from other industries setup a service line in the Healthcare field and usually depart within a year.
